
Many people have seen the green banana but find it difficult to peel as oppose to cook. A fine hand of green banana always complement a good bowl of fish broth.
First in order to aid peeling place you banana in a bowl of hot water leaving for a few minutes peeling is much easier and the banana does not break up also it feels more user friendly. Some people would rub the banana with lime or lime juice to prevent them from turning dark. The solution is this:In the pot add onions and some oil and salt (optional),allow water to boil then add bananas. Allow to cook, bananas will be soft clear and tasty.To serve cut in half and place on plate or bowl.
